After a visit to the weekly Irish session in the Blarney Stone Irish Pub in Shanghai, in 2013, the idea came to me to set up a map to mark down every place on earth where Irish sessions are on, so that travelling musicians, like myself, can easily find those sessions and have fun. Usually, unexpected session participants bring a great enrichment to a session. The map is completely open for anyone to edit, assuming nobody will enjoy ruining the map. Please feel free to add your place to the map if there’s a session going on.
